Rubbing Alcohol
Instructions
Insert a plastic bag between the front and back of the t shirt to prevent bleeding to the back side.
Draw small dots in the shape of a circle or small shapes with the permanent marker.
Drop small amounts of rubbing alcohol with the eye dropper into the center of the marker dots or shapes.
Allow t shirt to dry on a flat surface. The marker color will continue to run until dry.
Set color by drying in a hot dryer for 20 minutes or ironing.
